These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Leanova mobile application and related services (together, the "Service"), provided by Rockam Data Services Ltd ("Leanova", "we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Leanova. The Service is not intended for children. Do not use the Service if you have been diagnosed with, or are at risk of, an eating disorder, or if a physician has advised you against dieting, fasting, or exercise, unless your physician approves.
Leanova provides general nutrition, fitness, and educational information for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment, or the advice of a qualified healthcare provider.
Consult your doctor before starting any diet, fasting, exercise, or weight-management program — especially if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, or take medication. Individual results vary and no particular outcome (including any amount of weight loss) is promised or guaranteed. Stop using the Service and seek medical attention if you experience any adverse symptoms. You use the Service at your own risk.
You are responsible for providing accurate information, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Leanova offers a free tier and paid auto-renewable subscriptions:
New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions are purchased and billed through your Apple App Store account. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Prices may vary by region and may change with notice. Refunds, where applicable, are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store Terms and Apple's policies.
Pods are anonymous group spaces. You are solely responsible for content you submit (messages, check-ins, photos, and other materials). Do not post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You retain ownership of your content and grant Leanova a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, and display it solely to operate and provide the Service.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by reverse-engineering, scraping, interfering with its operation, attempting unauthorized access, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
The Service and its content — including the program, recipes, lessons, software, text, and design — are owned by Leanova or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leanova and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your access at any time, including for violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
