Common questions

• Forgot your password? Tap "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen and enter your account email. We'll send a 6-digit reset code that expires in 10 minutes.
• Didn't get the reset email? Check your spam folder, confirm you used the email tied to your account, then request a new code.
• Want your account deleted? You can do it yourself in the app under the Me tab, or see how to delete your account.
